Viktoria has 9+ years of product management experience and 7+ years of building and scaling teams. She is often invited to speak on product leadership, scaling product teams and ways of working, growth, and strong cross-functional execution across both B2B and B2C contexts.
Betty brings 6+ years in product management and 10+ years in team and product leadership. She is well suited to speak about lean discovery and delivery, agile ways of working, product strategy, stakeholder management, and facilitation-led workshops that are highly actionable for teams.
