Product People launched 600+ AI-generated SEO pages with a one-click Make automation

About how we helped create 128,000 impressions and 2,770 clicks from Google organic search at an average position of 10.5.

The Client: The Longevity Practice

The Longevity Practice is a Berlin-based clinic focused on preventive health. Patients book services such as VO2Max testing, perimenopause and menopause care, sleep management, and hormone replacement therapy through the clinic's website. Almost every new patient journey starts with a search: a service, a symptom, or a provider near them.

The Mission: SEO and AEO via Automated Landing Pages

The clinic ran one website with a small set of pages. If someone in Stuttgart searched for a VO2Max test, or asked an AI assistant where to get help with perimenopause symptoms, The Longevity Practice did not show up. The mission was to build the content footprint needed to rank in classic search and to be recommended by AI assistants and agents like Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Claude, for every service, in every relevant German city, in two languages. Product People placed an Interim Product Manager to run this end-to-end, treating organic growth as a product management problem: discover real demand, ship in small iterations, and measure outcomes.

"A husband found us by googling that his wife was going through perimenopause."
— Dr. Maya, longevity specialist at The Longevity Practice

Our Main Quest: A content engine that turns keywords into live pages

Launch: Onboarded Very Fast

We mapped the clinic's six core services, defined one reference page per service as the content source of truth, and connected Google Sheets, Make, and Webflow's CMS into a single pipeline.

Explore and Conquer: From keyword research to import-ready pages

Problem: Producing localized pages by hand cost roughly 30 minutes of manual work per page and could not scale to hundreds of city and neighborhood combinations. Scaling with AI raised the bar further: every page needs genuinely distinct content, because Google treats near duplicates as spam, and since the content is medical, there is no room for hallucinated claims or descriptions that drift from the services the clinic actually provides. Early generation attempts failed on exactly these points: invented facts, inconsistent medical terminology, and mistranslations.

What we did:

  • Started with search demand, not content. Using Semrush, we mapped the primary and secondary keywords with the highest ranking potential for each service and encoded them into the generation prompts, so every page is written around the terms patients actually type rather than the terms the clinic assumed they would.
  • Built a Make scenario that takes approved reference content for each service and generates a unique, city- and neighborhood-specific version of it through an AI step governed by strict rules. The output is parsed as structured data and delivered in a Webflow import-ready format, so each run produces pages that go straight into the CMS. Mirroring the flow for German made both languages a single click.
  • Treated the automation itself as a product and managed it with core product management practices. Every change was validated on small test batches before scaling, tuning for minimum cost, maximum content quality, and shortest runtime. The final version runs five times more efficiently than the first, reaching a capacity of up to 100 pages per hour.
  • Monitored site health in Ahrefs on a regular basis and shipped every fix needed to keep the score consistently high as new page batches went live.
  • Result: 600+ localized landing pages live across both languages, each one built on researched keywords and passing a clean technical audit.

The AEO angle: showing up where patients actually ask

The pages are structured so AI assistants and agents can read, cite, and recommend them, not just rank them. The Longevity Practice now appears in Google AI Search overviews for its target topics, and patient behavior confirms the strategy works.

"Patient described symptoms to Claude, who told her to check out The Longevity Practice." She booked an appointment.
